Debbie will lovingly support your journey of inner discovery. After many years of yo yo meditating, she established a daily practice in 2016 and hasn't looked back. 

Debbie is a certified meditation and mindfulness practitioner, as well as a certified Advanced Life Coach and Licensed Spiritual Psychology Practitioner.
