Why you find it dificult to relax


Many people find it difficult to relax, and it is not uncommon for the anxiety of everyday life to be a constant factor in one's inability to relax. How can one begin to relax when stressors such as money problems, work obligations, or family problems are an ever-present part of life?

The answer is that there is no quick fix for this problem. In order to change our current state of being, we have to be ready to acknowledge we are experiencing a difficulty and then be prepared to make some changes in our lives.
