We can tend to talk to ourselves like our parents talked to us. We can criticise, judge and berate ourselves in ways that we wouldn't dream to doing to other people.
So why do we do that?
The answer is that this is something we learnt from childhood and it has gotten to be a habit. But habits can be broken.
In this weekly series of workshops you will lean how to become consciously aware of your inner dialogue. Often we are so used to the way we speak to ourselves that we don't realise how non-supportive it is.
Then you will learn how to lovingly change the way you talk to yourself.
You will find that when you start to embed these principles your life will change for the better.

In this workshop you will learn to support yourself for success with your inner dialogue. The words we use say a lot about us and what we think of ourselves. They can power us towards achieving what we want, or move us away from it. In this session we will look at how to rewrite any negative internal dialogue to positive and empowering language that will help you achieve your goals.
Our brain's are hardwired for story and in this workshop you will learn how to harness the power of story to create a memorable pitch. You will learn the three types of story and how you can craft them to engage others and create further conversation.
In the final part of the workshop you will learn the power of breaking your day down into segments and creating intentions around how you want these sections to play out.

For most of us our thoughts never seem to stop. They come one after another until we fall asleep. As soon as we wake in the morning, there they are again.
