Are you ready to feel more calm and relaxed through learning neuroscience based exercises. Two 60 minute sessions per month.

Lunchtime Meditation

De-stress and reduce anxiety with a weekly lunchtime 30 minute LIVE class and access to a growing library of meditations.


Self-Leadership for Managers

In this 9 to 12 month programme, managers will raise stress tolerance and increase emotional intelligence. The knowledge and skills will embed over the length of the programme.

Wellbeing in the workplace

This programme will help your people understand wellbeing, how to support themselves and how to recognise mental health challenges in others.

Creating Positive Change

A mix of online audios supported with one 60 minute monthly LIVE session. This programme will help you and your people raise stress resilience and build emotional intelligence, so supporting business change.
