YOUR FIRST SESSION
Most of my clients book a programme of sessions with me, either weekly, bi-weekly, three weekly or monthly. This depends on their needs and their budget. The recommended way of meeting is via Zoom. I can also do in person (depending on your location), or by telephone.
Before you embark on signing up for a programme, I'll suggest you book a single coaching session. This is a great way to explore what working together is really like. There is never any pressure.
I am there to support you in your journey. What feels right for you, is right for you. Turn up to your first session with an open mind, and a notebook and pen.
