In this supportive programme which meets for 1.5 to 2 hours per week, for 4 weeks, you'll discover and practice a variety of science based imagery techniques to help you experience a greater sense of direction and flow in your work.
In this programme you'll discover...
Become clear on where you feel stuck and it is affecting you and your work. Acknowledging what created it, and begin the process of stopping the cycles which lead to becoming stuck.
Insight remains only insight without action. You will discover how to use the power of imagery to turn the ideas you generate into a fully realised action plan of steps moving forward.
Tracing the origins of the beliefs which are limiting your progress or keeping you stuck. Consciously creating the beliefs you believe will support your journey. Taking responsibility for letting go of what hasn't worked, and being open to what will.
Through the proper use of imagery you can raise your self-confidence, see and overcome obstacles, create a plan for the future, and understand any resistance to moving forward.

The programme runs over 4 consecutive Wednesday's starting 21st September 2022 at 7:30am UK time. Class size will be limited to ensure you gain the most benefit from the programme.
Please turn up with an open mind and a note book and pen.
The sessions are LIVE and run weekly. Please make sure you can commit to turning up each week. In order to create a safe space within the group to share, these sessions won't be recorded.
We have a no refunds policy. However, if you have purchased a place and subsequently find you can't attend, we can book you onto this programme at a later date if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to the start of this programme. This enables us to fill your place on the current programme. We cannot accept any reschedules within 7 days to the start of the programme, or during the programme itself.
